MILK!!! :)

Milk. I always avoided it when i wasn't eating properly, to be honest, i love the stuff! Now i drink whole milk so that it's easier for me to gain. But did you know it's soooo good for you, especially if you have been depriving yourself of it, it is full of calcium and lets face it, coffee is no good without it! You need milk to avoid getting things like osteoporosis! and come oonn how can you resist the cravendale cat advert? ;)

Today's goal....drink milk!!! and never skimmed!!
